10 years experience as a yoga/pilates instructor in wellness and fitness settings, spa settings, corporate settings, birthing/pre and post natal, physical therapy, college instruction, athletics, and exercise science.  ERYT certified through Yoga Alliance.  Specializing in practice that flows and moves with the breath: pranayama, stretching, moving into asana to open the meridian lines of energy within the body, which promotes a sense of peaceful bliss.   Pilates practice emphasizing core and joint strengthening via fluid movements.  NESTA certified and extensive specialized advanced Pilates training.
